In 2019, the Government of Japan introduced a new system called ‘ Specified Skilled Worker’ in addition to the already existing ‘ Skill Training Program’ , which permits well skilled foreign workers to come and stay in Japan for 3 to 8 years with remunerations equivalent to those of the Japanese workers.

GaiaContact has already concluded agreements with sending organizations in Viet Nam and Pakistan under this new framework of ‘Specified Skilled Workers’. GaiaContact will facilitate and support such workers to come and stay in Japan so that those workers should also benefit from this exchanges.
